Implement term limits, similar to those applied to POTUS, on Congress.

Congress should be held to term limits, similar to POTUS. However, they should not receive a paycheck or free insurance after their term(s) is/are up. This will keep ideas in Congress fresh and keep Congress working for the American people rather than for the lobbyists / corporations. Not providing free health care after their term(s) will keep Congress focused on the American People, because after their term(s), they return to being part of the American People.
