Implement the terms of the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1868 beginning with the land provided by Article II of that Treaty.

This petition is requesting that the Obama Administration fully implement the terms of the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1868. The parties to this treaty were the United States Government and the Sioux Nation. We further petition the Obama Administration to begin implementation of this treaty by transferring the land "set apart for the absolute and undisturbed use and occupation of the Indians herein named, and for such other friendly tribes or individual Indians as from time to time they may be willing, with the consent of the United States, to admit amongst them" by Article II of said treaty.
