Implement transitional strategies from the monetary based system to a resource based economy.

The increasing rate of consumption which we operate on is not only increasing and counterproductive but cannot last with the finite resources available on this planet. I purpose that the government research viable pathways of transition from a monetary based economy to a resourced based economy. Inventory all of our national resources and implement technologies such as those presented by The Keshe Foundation, Cybernated Farm Systems, and The Venus Project to effectively transform our current scarcity driven environment into an abundant, sustainable, and truly efficient economy.
