My husband is a Disabled Vietnam Veteran whom for 42yrs I have fully cared for/to ALL his illnesses because HE is My/Family's HERO! He is still ALIVE! God Bless him! as God has blessed my children,grandchildren,our families and ME! Since he returned being 1 of the unrecognized soldiers, we have fought for benefits to this day! I worked hard to keep this hero alive and now July 26, 2012, we have been awarded better benefits/pay the VA is with-holding the backpay to deem him mentally incompetent to handle his monies so they can appoint a fiduciary? though this disabled says NO! even through the offices of Senator Reid & Sntr Akaka who still awaits responsed. The VA system DICTATES & CHEATS the veteran's for their use of the veteran's deserved monies!OUR LAWS FAIL HUMAN/CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!
