Implement the VA Accountability Act. Fire - then prosecute - VA Medical Center Directors and other VA managers.

The unconscionable Veterans Administration actions that have received such great publicity in the past few days must not be tolerated. General Shinseki is far from the sole author of these intolerable acts and his departure will not fix the deeply embedded VA misconduct and criminal activity that is becoming more apparent and plain with each passing day. At this moment, many of those who should be implicated and prosecuted continue to receive lofty salaries and excessive benefits. Among these are the highly paid Directors of the VA Medical Centers and their large staffs of bureaucratic charlatans. Unless and until the guilty ones are identified, pursued, and genuinely punished, nothing else can be done to begin to remedy the indefensible misconduct so prevalent throughout the VA.
