Implement a viable banking system that would prevent our country from going bankrupt.

Create a domestic banking system to eventually replace our failing fiat system. Unfortunately, there are commodities that are currently being manipulated by big banks and, as Eric Holder explains, "the size of some of these institutions becomes so large that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy". This simply means that the banks are in full control of the future of our country. More closely monitor the fractional-reserve banking system or possibly setup a system backed by a gold standard, silver standard, or other commodity money system.
