Because of reported voter fraud duting the past elections, a voter ID card is needed, a photo ID to prevent further fraud. It would also help to have a national Registry of Deaths so verification of life could be checked, to prevent dead people voting.
Also need better voter protection at the polling places to prevent intimidation of voters. Those threatening or intimidating voters should be arrested and prosecuted.
