Implement the will of the people of Puerto Rico to become the 51 State of the Union as voted yesterday in the plebiscite

Yesterday the people of Puerto Rico voted in a clear and transparent plebiscite that we do not want to continue living in a territory, that we want to complete the path and become the 51 State of the Union. Puertorricans are proud to be born American Citizens, but due to the fact that we live in a territory we are discriminated. It is time to end this disrcimination. We want to vote for our President, we want to have Congressional Representation, we want our American Constitution to apply in full to this group of American Citizens living in the Territory of Puerto Rico and the only way to have this is asking Congress to admit Puerto Rico as the 51 State of the Union and we voted (by a majority of over 62%) for this petition yesterday..
