Protect environmentally sensitive areas likely to produce dangerous conditions from hazardous products and services which destroy public integrity in the judiciary and create forseeable plaintiff's in extremely high volumes of the public for purposes of financial gain. Continued business operations of this sort implimented against the people of the United States establishes a public nuissance which must be corrected in order to protect the health and general welfare of the public. These injuries are occuring by employees of private contracting corporations as subsidiaries to a foreign parent corporation while engaged within the scope of their employment for purposes of converting human rights into crimes through fraud and duress for the extortion of a fee enabling further injustice.
