Impliment A Reform of the Voting System

Created by W.M. on March 05, 2013

Evidenced by our last election, It is obvious that the election process in our country is not about which candidate has America's interests at heart.

In an age of lessening political awareness, people are holding strong to the parties they've identified with. Even if the candidate has ideas radically different from his party, most people only see the slander ads, and are not truly informed of a candidate's ideas or motives.

We petition the White House to appeal for an educated voting system. We need to educate ourselves on the candidates we vote for.

We appeal for the implementation of a basic test before you're allowed to vote for any elected official. Along with this, also the aggregation of pertinent information accessible from local libraries and reputable websites.
