As a Blackhawks fan, Mr. President, you understand the necessity of Patrick Kane's playoffs mullet, if only for the esprit de corps of Blackhawks fans. Many may write off the growing of the mullet as a mere silly tradition; however, I shudder to think of an early exit from the playoffs because -- maybe, just maybe -- Kane selfishly chose to not grow the mullet. Innumerable fans flock to arenas, bow before their televisions, and pour countless dollars into merchandise for their love of hockey. Blackhawks fans wisely invest their time and money into the best hockey team in the country -- nay, the world -- and we deserve the mullet.
Patrick Kane, bring back the mullet, the Cup, and the ruckus.
