Impose a $1.00 fee for vehicles at all United States/ Mexico port of entry.

This fee can be used for border operations (ie maintaining and payroll) and help with the nations debt. (The San Ysidro California port of entry sees over 1 million cars a day) with the cost of living in Mexico way less than it is over here, the people that work over here but live there can help absorb some of the cost for living very comfortably and at the same time help out the American people.
