Enact a 2 term limit on all US House Representatives and US Senators, thus ensuring that the country continues to have true representatives from their states that speak on behalf of their state and not just their own personal feelings or judgments. When enacting the 2 term limit also limit the pay to all representatives and senators to only collect pay while they are holding their position. Any retirement pay based on sitting 1 or 2 terms should be held until the age of 65.
