Impose a 2 term maximum of four years per term for all elected officials, including all members of congress.

The only way this great country of ours will ever have serious change for the better, is by insuring new voices are heard. Out with the old, in with the new. Change in thinking, and bi-partisan cooperation are essential. This could save the country from a continuing cycle of nothing ever getting done.
