Impose Congressional Term Limits

US Congress has become ineffective at working for the American people. As senators and representatives are no longer held accountable for their performance in votes and proposed legislation, they now feel safe in their positions to the point that they no longer consider the will of their constituents, feel they are entitled to the people's seats and use those seats to push their personal agendas instead of their constituents. To ensure the congress works for the 311M people of the US, instead of the 535 people in congress, I petition the President to use all legal means, including his leadership, the power of veto, bully pulpit and other measures to push for the congress to start the process for a constitutional amendment to limit congressional terms and end congressional reigns.
