Impose Financial Transparency on Elected Officials and Organizations Representative of Them

1) All elected officials shall be subject to total transparency of their finances and tax information, and no person shall be eligible for an electable position of government without this transparency.
2) No elected official shall receive money or property outside official pay, except gifts of a total value of $1000 or less from a single source annually.
3) All organizations representing an individual whom seeks or has obtained an electable position of government shall receive no more than $1000 in donations from a single source annually, and shall follow the same transparency of finances as the person whom they represent.
