Impose a Flat Federal Tax on all working Americans

I propose to eliminate tax credit and issue a flat federal tax of no more than 5 percent to be deducted from all American wages of all classes.
We, as individuals, are responsible for our own actions and are normally held accountable for those actions.
Charity should not be a "write-off" otherwise it isn't charity it is a self-serving act.
Children are not a "deduction" they are a choice that should be carefully considered and raised responsibly.
A home or vehicle should not be awarded a tax credit for just owning one.
As an American citizen and a member of a community in order to assist society and security we should willingly provide financial support to our country, state, and city with less impact on what we earn than we are currently.
A credit for one is a debt to someone else.
