Impose a government tax on any and all drive-through window purchases to reduce obesity and fossil fuel consumption.

Drive through fast food windows in this country are both wasting millions of barrels of fossil fuels and are a contributor to the obesity epidemic. By taxing all drive through window purchases, the US will reduce fossil fuel consumption by millions of barrels annually and such a tax may also motivate some people to make better choices concerning their personal nutrition that can adversely affect their health.
