Impose harder sanctions on Russia over its intervention into Ukraine, issue arrest warrant against Putin.

After the Ukrainian revolution, Russia invaded that country, annexed Crimea, destabilized Eastern Ukraine, and shot down the MH17 passenger airliner. Despite the diplomatic efforts, Russia continues its war against Ukraine. Therefore the sanctions already imposed on Russia should be increased further, while its president Putin should be delivered to Hague to stand before the International Court.
