Grooms raped a one year old baby, filmed it, and posted it on the Internet. He was caught when trying to arrange another rape of a three year old child. Judge Degeest gave him life on the sex offender registry. Not only should Grooms face life in prison, Degeest needs to be removed from the bench because his interpretation of the law is seriously impaired.
