Impose mandatory drug testing on any and all citizens who receive assistance from the US government (food stamps, etc).

Time and time again, like many hard working American citizens, have i seen someone at a grocery store pay for a cart of groceries with an EBT card, and then walk to the tobacco counter and pay for cigerattes with a bundle of money big enough to choke a horse. These benefits are needed for many Americans, but abused by more than what need them. Mandatory drug testing of these individuals would greatly decrease the amount of money the federal government is spending on welfare, and would greatly help in reducing the trillion dollar defecit we are currently facing.
