It is common knowledge that certain crimes, such as drug offenses, hold a mandatory minimum sentence.
And though the legality on certain drugs may change over time and state by state.. It will never be acceptable to sexually abuse a child.
For this reason, we wish to impose a mandatory minimum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole (LWOP) for sex offenders whose crime is against a child 10 years old and under.
