Impose a national registry and flat tax to every firearm in the U.S.

Establish a national firearm registry where every single firearm in the US is register to a law abiding citizen. Equally important is to impose a flat tax per firearm the same way a tax is paid for motor vehicles; this will curved the purchase and sales of firearms. Firearms dealers have to be held responsible for executing background checks and eliminate gun shows period.
