The current condition of our economy directly results from the reckless practices of banks, lenders and mortgage servicers during years past. Today, our nation sits on the brink of profound financial ruin as evidenced by the only downgrade of our nation in its history.
Evidence of widespread bank/lender fraud has become commonplace and the banks have done nothing to stop the practices which have resulted in the wrongful displacement of hundreds of thousands of Americans. To the contrary, banks are now becoming more aggressive in their practices.
Dramatic and swift government action is the only solution.
