Due recent military developments in Ukraine with thousands people displaced and hundreds Ukrainian soldiers killed in Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, i ask all concerned sign this petition. Victor Medvedchuk recently appeared in the Media as the mediator between terrorists sent from Russia and Ukrainian Government. However, keep in mind that Ukrainian officials deny the official assignment of this person to this process as representing Ukraine. Actually, the whole process is instigated by Vladimir Putin and his "family" ties with Victor Medvedchuk. It is important for Victor Medvedchuk to be involved with this process in whatever qualification, so that he does not have West reacting on him with Sanctions. However, he is the Grey Cardinal that caused Maidan and Crimea Annexation
