On the 3d of September 2013 Serj Sarkissian, during his visit to Moscow, decided to join the Eurasian Union with Russia, under the pressure of Vladimir Putin, and compromet the ongoing discussions about the Association Agreement with European Union.70% of Armenian population are against this decision and we cannot accept that President of Armenia Serj Sarkissian and his government do not consider the opinion of the people of Armenia. We demand to impose personal sanctions on S. Sarkissian, unless Mr Sargssian signs the Armenia-EU Association Agreement in Vilnius, Lithuania on 29 November 2013:
The sanctions should include but not be limited to:
- Ban to enter the U.S. and EU for Mr Sarkissian and Armenian government members/families
- Freeze bank accounts of companies affiliated with them
