On the 21 November 2013 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted resolution to suspend the preparation process to conclude
Association Agreement with European Union. On the 29 November 2013 Mr Yanukovych had not signed the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement during Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. It's due to the pressure from Mr Putin to Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.
We can not accept the fact that Russian President Vladimir Putin deny the right of the Ukrainian people, to get closer to
Western civilization. We require the input of personal sanctions against Vladimir Putin
The sanctions should include but not be limited to:
- Ban to enter the U.S. and EU for Mr Putin
