On the 21 May 2014 Vadim Shestakov has created conference in the social network - VK.COM. In this conference he invited his friends to play football on 24 May 2014. He told us, that there are a lot of his parents friends will join this match. But on 23 May 2014 he took his words back, and told us, that he lied to us.

We demand to impose personal sanctions on Vadim Shestalov
The sanctions should include but not be limited to:
- Ban to enter the U.S. and EU for Mr Vadim Shestakov
- Freeze bank accounts of companies affiliated with him
