Impose regulations on what products can be purchased with food stamps and where

We the tax paying citizens of this great nation are tired of seeing some people on food stamps abuse this program. Food stamps should not be accepted at the corner market to purchase chips, candy and soda, etc. In fact chips, candy and soda are luxury items that the food stamp programs should not cover. Nor pre made birthday cakes, steaks and lobster should be covered under this program. This is just a slap in the face of the families that are paying taxes and live on a budget unable to afford these luxuries. Regulate the Food Stamp program and make it only for the purchase of real food items.
