Impose sanctions against members of the Constitutional Court and pro-government deputies of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Regime of Yanukovych is based on:
1. government-dependent court system, at the top of which stands the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
2. ruling factions in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - faction “Party of Regions” and the faction “Communist Party”.
Verdicts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in 2010 amended the Constitution of Ukraine that way, that Yanukovych has obtained unlimited powers.
Thanks to bribery the Ukrainian parliament established stable majority that supports any decision of Yanukovych.
We petition to impose personal sanctions against members of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, deputies of “Party of Regions”, “Communist Party” and their families members to prohibit them entry to the U.S. and EU, freeze personal bank accounts and bank accounts of related companies.
