Impose sanctions against Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Sanctions against Yanukovych's Cabinet members and the authors introduce a petition asking if Yanukovych will not sign an association agreement Ukraine and the EU Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on November 29. Sanctions should include a ban on entry into the U.S. and EU for Yanukovych, his family members, members of the Cabinet and their families, as well as the freezing of bank accounts of companies affiliated with them.
