Impose sanctions on President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
Ukrainian populations want to be a member of EU. But he doesn't (maybe because of Russian government, at the head of Vladimir Putin).

Please use sanctions to Viktor Yanukovich. Maybe like ban to enter the U.S. and EU for Mr Yanukovych and Ukraine government members families and so on.
