impose sanctions that would stop Exxon Mobil from doing business with Russia.

Exxon Mobil is in partnership with the Russian oil company Rosneft and has just now started helping them drill for oil in the Russian Arctic thus helping to provide income to the Russian economy and to cronies of Vladimir Putin. Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin has already had sanctions placed on him and Exxon should be restrained from continuing the partnership as long as Russia is provoking conflict in Ukraine.
