impose a tax of 30% of the cost on every firearm sold in the USA. This tax will be used to pay for police in schools.

Created by K.H. on December 21, 2012

The NRA has stated that every school building in the USA should have an armed police officer. Most school have such serious funding issues that they will have to lay-off a teacher in each building to pay for the cop. I suggest that for every gun sold in the USA there should be a $500 fee that will go to the schools to help pay for the cops. If it is a gun sold at a gun show, the fee should be $1000 for each gun sold. The money collected will go into a " Gun Owners Support Armed Guards in Schools Fund" that will be used to buy guns, ammo and body armor for the guards and for monthly classroom and target range training.
