Large companies that enrich their owners and executives but don't pay their employees a living wage are abusing government assistance programs like food stamps, Medicaid, etc. Such companies are treating these government assistance programs designed to help the poor and people who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own AS EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION! THESE PROGRAMS HAVE BECOME PART OF THEIR BUSINESS PLANS! Its time to put an end to this shady business practice of forcing the taxpayers to pick up the cost of these business's employees.
The tax is for large companies only, such as Wal Mart and others, and is to be be equal to the cost the government pays for food stamps, Medicaid and other assistance programs for that company, including government administrative costs.
