Impose finite term limits on all congressional members.
Also, when working in the public sector or private sector, no citizen receives their level of compensation. Citizens are taught to be budget conscious and save their own money for retirement. They do not get their level of pay for life.
Likewise, aside from Presidents and Vice Presidents, all congressional members should have their pay terminated once they retire, are voted out of office or have reached their term limit.
Congress works for us, and are one of us before being elected. They should not receive their pay for life. This is to ask the administration to allow the public to vote on compensation legislation as it pertain to members of congress and return the status of congressional members back into U.S. Citizens.
