Term limits on Congressmen would allow new and fresh ideas to be put into our government. Allowing for new innovative legislation from a younger generation, new ideals could emerge and maybe we could accomplish great things; however none of this is possible while we have the exact same Congress in control of the legislative branch that we've had for the last few decades.
