House Members and Senators currently do not have a term limit. Once elected they are no longer focused on the better of their country. Rather, they are more worried about keeping their job. We have some House Members who have been in office for over 50 years and late Senator Robert Byrd served from 1958 to 2010. If they can't get the job done in a reasonable, timely manner they need to go.
