The current approval rate of Congress is at an alarming all time low (10%). Their ineptness to properly manage our country is apparent to the majority of Americans based off these numbers alone. I feel that Congress has reached a point in which Congressmen and women are jockeying to secure their political futures rather than do the jobs that they were sent to Washington DC for. It is time to call for an end to the Career Politician. No longer should we be governed by those looking to secure votes in the next election. We can look to change the current corrupt system that will, in my opinion, doom our great Nation. We can hopefully look to a day where Politicians vote their conscience not Party Lines.
