We the People demand that President Barak Hussein Obama via Executive Order impose a Federal Sales Tax in the amount of two cents ($.02) per U.S dollar spent for all non-food purchases within the Continental United States of America (all of the lower fourty-eight states).
The aforementioned Federal Sales Tax will generate significant revenue equally effecting all "classes" of American citizens, without negatively effecting employers willingness and/or ability to create new jobs for Americans.
The States of Alaska and Hawaii should be excluded, as prices for most if not all goods and services are significantly higher within the States of Alaska and Hawaii.
