Impose very strict sanctions on Russia. If sanctions are not possible, take military actions into consideration.

Russia and Ukraine have been involved in a conflict approaching 5 months in length. Despite everything Russia has done, minimal action has been taken against them. The U.S.A should take strong, firm actions against Russia and Pres. Vladimir Putin.
