May it please the Administration as well as the U.S. Congress to consider the appropriate design of the forthcoming One-Trillion dollar platinum coin in addition to its potential feasibility as a financial instrument in meeting the government's obligations for lack of a political consensus regarding the legally established authority of the Treasury to borrow funds, the citizenry of this blessed Republic would be naturally and gratuitously obliged.
