Imprision Hilary Clinton

How is Hilary Clinton's use of a "private" email server not criminal? She holds a security clearance and should be held to the same standard as any one else who has such a clearance by the simple rules that one would be held to with a lower level clearance. She was provided or had the means to be provided an email account by the US governement which is secured and protected with the interest of National Security. By her flagerent disgregard of US Law in regards to confidential information being passed through personal email, and yes having your own server regardless of its physical and software security it was a personal email account, not a crime in which she should be tried for. She has tarnished the achievement of some of our contires highest clearnances by not following the rules.
