While there are not two individuals that believe in the chemtrail "conspiracy" who hold the same beliefs on the reason behind this conspiracy, All are scared of clouds and contrails. Spreading the false information against the US Government these "activists" are making materially false, fictitious, and/or fraudulent statements against the United States.
Please direct the U.S. Attorney Generals office to prosecute all individuals spreading these materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements regarding aircraft contrails. Furthermore it is imperative to seek the maximum sentence for these individuals and also mandate as a matter of rehabilitation for these offenders to prevent future offences that they undergo remedial science education.
