Imprison anyone who signs a petition to refuse American's their civil liberties to sign a petition to secede their State

This petition is to imprison those whom have signed a petition under We The People to deport or exile those who have signed petitions to help their states secede from the union. Due to our Bill of Rights in Amendment I a person of a state has the right to petition the Government for redress of grievances, in this case being the withdrawal peacefully from the union as long as the 25,000 signatures have been signed to get the current government to actually look at said petition agree. Amendment IV is in violation due to the petition to seize free American's to have them exiled or punished. And lastly a Violation of the Declaration of Independence.
