By refusing to accept any presidential SCOTUS nominee these 11 individuals have met and conspired not to perform a task required of them. Every Supreme Court nominee since 1875 has received a hearing or vote. 11 memebers of one senate committee must not be allowed to prevent the remainder of the senate from performing their constitutional duties. The case for treason is simply that by colluding to prevent the senate from advising/voting on your nominee they have committed a subversive act which has weakened all branches of our government. The senate is supposed to be a great deliberative body where a simple majority wins. Eleven people must not be allowed to prevent 89 others from performing their constitutional right/obligation to advise and consent (or not) to your nominee.
