Private Christopher Munoz enlisted in the military during a time of war, with a resonable expectation of being deployed to a combat zone. His attempt to dodge the responsibilites he accepted as a soldier, by claiming conciencous objector status only after being notified of a deployment, discredits his unit and the United States Army. He has broken the contract he signed with all Americans, and deserted his country in a time of need.
