improve on the Common Core learning standards.

Common Core is a great concept, but it's execution has been very poor. Students have been tested by these standards and fail, and even the ones who managed to achieve high scores- in actuality still got very low scores. There are better ways to educate our youth while not restricting their ability to "think outside the box". Let the children breathe.
