Every time a person views a petition and hits the back button, they are returned to the very first petition. If you are looking through all the petitions, that means that you have to scroll to the bottom of the page, hit the 'show more petitions' button, scroll, hit the button, and so on for every 20 petitions you need to get past to get back to your spot. This makes users very hesitant to view older petitions- knowing they will have to go through this process for every petition they view or vote on. In that manner, it impedes the effectiveness of the website.
Please update the website to use a standard paging model, so that the browser's back button will take us back to where we left off.
