The NSA has been overreaching in the amount of information they have been taking from US citizens. They have taken all sorts of private information, from phone calls, to emails, to internet searches, that have nothing to do with terrorist activity. Congress needs to create a law that limits exactly what the NSA can take, and perhaps create a system where they have to get court approval to take this information.
